The Canadian Prayer Shield
Established in December 2003, the vision for the Prayer Shield is to link established prayer ministry leaders and key intercessory leaders at a city, regional and national level to create a wall of fire in the spirit around our nation.
The Prayer Shield members come from every region of Canada and stand as watchmen on the walls of our country. Teamed with the national leadership team of fathers and mothers, they discern together the steps the Lord is leading the church of Canada to take to prepare as a dwelling place of the Glory of God. They then mobilize networks of intercessors with whom they are already connected to pray to prepare the way for such events, as well as provide protective covering during and after.
